What we collect
To operate the service we store: your account identity (wallet public key and/or email), the orders you place (service, token address, parameters, and status), and your credit ledger (top-ups, debits, and refunds). We record on-chain deposit signatures to credit top-ups correctly. We keep basic request logs (IP, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not require or collect government ID for the tooling features. Private keys for any wallets we custody on your behalf are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser.
On-chain data
Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Token addresses you submit and the on-chain activity generated by an order are visible on the Solana ledger and are outside our control once broadcast.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and ledger records for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account identity; ledger and order records required for accounting may be retained in anonymized form. Contact us to exercise any request.
